At The Village Pharmacy, we support patients who have been prescribed, or who may be considered for, Mounjaro® (tirzepatide) as part of a weight management plan. Our service is designed to provide safe, structured, and continuous care under the supervision of prescribing clinicians.

• Initial consultation – You will complete a health assessment which is reviewed by a prescribing clinician to determine whether treatment with Mounjaro® is clinically appropriate.
   
• Ongoing review – Each stage of treatment is monitored, and any changes to your care are made under clinical supervision.
   
• Reserved supply – Where clinically appropriate, we can ring-fence certain doses (including 5mg and 7.5mg pens) to support continuity of care.
   
• Service certainty – The cost of your plan is currently frozen until 15th September 2025, giving you confidence when planning your treatment.
   
• Support – Our pharmacy team is available throughout your treatment plan to provide advice and answer questions.

• 2.5mg (Weeks 1–4): £236.50
• 5mg (Weeks 5–8): £236.50
• 7.5mg (Weeks 9–12): £247.50
• 10mg (Weeks 13–16): £247.50
• 12.5mg (Weeks 17–20): £269.50
• 15mg (Weeks 21+): £269.50
• 12-Week Subscription Option
• Total (Weeks 1–12): £720.50  This subscription ring-fences stock for eligible patients, ensuring continuity of care.  Price is fixed for the 12-week plan, despite imminent price increases.  Supply is subject to clinical appropriateness and approval by a prescribing clinician.

• Medicines will only be provided in line with good practice guidance, relevant formularies, and with the need for regular reviews before further supplies are made.
